All Poler orders will be processed within 1-2 working days upon payment confirmation.
FREE DELIVERY
Enjoy FREE shipping when you spend RM450 and above on Poler products, unless stated otherwise. Final shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Minimum spend is calculated based on the price after applying any vouchers or discounts, if any.
DELIVERY COVERAGE
Please note that our website only supports local standard delivery for West & East Malaysia, where the courier will deliver the parcel directly to you at the preferred delivery address.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery to regions outside of Malaysia at the moment. However, if you are from Singapore, do visit our website and place your order at poler.sg
DELIVERY LEAD TIME
We aim to deliver your parcel to you at the shortest lead time possible!
However, do note that there might be potential shipping delays outside the control of Poler.

MISSED DELIVERY / FAILED DELIVERY
If you are not available to receive the parcel during delivery, a re-delivery will be attempted on the next working days up to 2 re-attempts. In case you need a delivery arrangement on your preferred date, please contact the courier directly and they will advise accordingly.
For failed deliveries, the impacted orders will be refunded via online Store Voucher.
TERM & CONDITIONS
- Customer will not be able to make changes to the delivery details once the order has been confirmed. In case the address or other information in the order is wrong, kindly proceed to cancel the order and proceed to create a new order with the correct details.
- All canceled orders will be refunded to the customer via online Store Voucher.
- Delivery will be performed at the courier’s operation hours only. In case you need a delivery arrangement on your preferred date, please contact the courier directly and they will advise accordingly.
- Customer will not be able to choose any other specific courier other than the courier provider Poler is using.
- Poler reserves the right to cancel order(s) if fraudulent or due to unexpected incidents such as wrong pricing or items being out of stock.
