Does Poler have a physical shop?
No, we are an online store only.

Can I come to your warehouse and collect or return my order?
As we are an online store, our operation is not set up for customers to collect or return goods directly.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

How do I make a return?
Please see our Poler returns policy and contact customer service for your returns slip.

When will my return be processed? 
Returns can take 5-10 working days to be processed. Customer service will contact you via email to notify you that your return has been completed.

Can I change my delivery address or order once the order has been placed?
We process, pick, pack and ship as fast as possible. Your delivery/order address can only be changed as long as your order has not been shipped. Please contact customer service ASAP with your new delivery address.  

Once you have received a notification that the parcel has been shipped, it might still be possible to change the delivery address as long as tracking does not state delivered. For Australia Post deliveries: by creating an account with Australia Post through myPost you can redirect the parcel to a new address. Alternatively, we can request to return to sender (though this is not guaranteed).
